What we do

xcited helps companies, brands and digital agencies get found, understood and recommended by AI agents such as ChatGPT, Gemini, Perplexity, Claude and Copilot. More and more customers ask an AI assistant which brand to choose. If you are not mentioned there, you lose that customer without ever knowing it. xcited makes sure AI agents can access the information they need to understand who you are, what you do, what expertise you have and where you operate.

How we do it

xcited is a technical foundation layer that sits underneath your existing content and SEO work. Activation runs through two DNS records: no migration, no CMS plugin and no IT development. From there xcited works in three layers: activate (make your website immediately more findable and citable for AI agents), structure (a knowledge graph of your services, clients, expertise, locations and frequently asked questions) and monitor (a dashboard that measures how often your brand is cited in ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Perplexity and Copilot, and how you score against competitors).

The founder is Stijn de Jong, who has over 20 years of experience in strategic marketing and digital transformation. We work in Dutch, English and French. xcited is not to be confused with xcited.nl or other brands named xcited.
